APPLICATION INFO

Ideally we would like for you to have visited Creators Market before applying, so you have a good feel of what the vibe is and what the day is like. If you haven't been before, you can check out the gallery page to get a feel for it. 

We will open up applications multiple times throughout the year. We will email our mailing list when applications will be open first, and then we will post when applications will be open on our Instagram account.

Once applications are open, they will remain open for 2 weeks. If you are interested, please apply during this time by filling in the application form. Please only apply via the online application form – any emails or social media DM’s to apply WILL NOT be considered.

Multiple traders can apply to share a standard pitch, however we would not recommend any more than 3 traders on one pitch. You will only need to fill out one application if you are sharing, but please ensure you include details of all traders on that application.

Once applications are closed, we will assess all forms. Each application is looked at on an individual basis. We kindly ask to not contact us during this time. We will email all applicants to notify them of the outcome, whether successful, on the reserve list or otherwise. This can normally take between 1-2 weeks. We aim to have selected and confirmed stallholders 1 month before each market.

If you have been successful or put on the reserve list we will email you the details of which date/s you have been selected for. 

For successful applicants the email will also include payment details for your pitch, info on parking, public liability insurance and social media.

Please note: 

• Applying does not automatically guarantee you a place at the market. 

• Whether you have applied before or not, all traders must reapply for each round if they are wanting to be considered again for another market date. 

• We receive more applications for each market than we have pitches available. Unfortunately we cannot offer a space to everyone that applies, however we will always focus on trying to rotate traders as much as possible. 

• If you have applied for multiple traders on one pitch, it will be your responsibility to organise your space and how you share it with each other. 

• When filling in your application form we would ask for you to give as much information as possible. This includes photos of current stock and potentially previous market stalls if you have done them before. 

• If you haven’t done a market before, are just starting out, or both - we welcome new traders! We are enthusiastic about bringing new businesses to the market 😊
