General

 

1. Payment to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of a stall to hold your place. BACS payment details will be specified on the email when your place is accepted.

2. Stallholders can only trade the goods or services stated on their application, any changes to these goods or services must be cleared with the event organisers 2 weeks prior to the event.

3. Stall holders are to arrive no less than 1 hour before the event and must be ready to trade at 12pm.

4. Stall positioning will be the responsibility of the event organisers.  Stall holders are not to set up until they have been shown their allocated pitch. 

5. Stallholders not to pack down before the end of the event, it will be a collective decision to end the event prior to the scheduled time if the event is quiet.

6. Traders bringing their own tables must ensure that they are adequately stable. 

7. Electricity to a stall can be requested but this is at the venue's discretion. Electrical goods should be PAT tested, made safe and taped down.

8. Fire exits and walkways must be kept clear during the event.

9. Rubbish must be taken home after the event.

10. The use of rails or display stands must fit within your allocated pitch space.

11. All goods and services for sale must be legal- no pirated copyright materials, potential weapons and no items which might be deemed inappropriate e.g material that may incite racial and sexual hatred.

12. Due to limited space at the venue, it will be the stall holders responsibility to organise their own parking. Information will be given on suggested parking options but Creators Market takes no responsibility for parking fines occured. Loading information will be provided prior to the event.

Insurance/ liability 

​

1. Public, and if relevant, products and employers liability covering £5 million is required for the market. Please send a copy of this to the organisers 2 weeks prior to the market date.  Creators Market cannot take responsibility or financial loss for stallholders that are unable to get insurance- please make sure this is carried out before applying for the event. 

2. Traders are liable for any damage, injury, or other incidents caused by stock equipment on their stall.

3. Creators Market takes no liability for loss, damage or theft of goods during the event.

4. Any goods or services offered for sale must not present a hazard to traders, event and venue staff or the public.

 

Cancellations

​

1. Stalls must be cancelled at least 2 weeks before the event, only stalls that can be filled will be refunded. An admin fee of £10 will apply to all refunded stalls. 

2. Creators market have the right to cancel the stall at any time for any reason.  Refunds will be made but an admin fee of £10 will be taken.

3. Creators Market is not liable for any costs incurred by traders due to cancellation- traders should organise their own insurance to cover this.
